The Alzheimer’s Family Support Center invites you to the Dave Birtwell Memorial Walk for Alzheimer’s 

Walk for Alzheimer’s at Scusset Beach Reservation, Sandwich on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 11-2 pm 

 Registration begins at 11am. The walk begins at noon with free food, music and dancing to follow.

Begun as a grassroots "pay-it-forward" gesture in Harwich, the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center brings together hundreds of people from both sides of the Cape Cod Canal to raise funds to support the AFSC’s array of no-cost services for families like yours or your neighbor’s who are walking the walk for the people they love. Please join us and help us raise funds for Alzheimer’s families. Until there’s a cure there’s community.
